BIA Prospective Member

You have the opportunity to join the Most Professional Building Industry Association in North Central Ohio. By joining our organization, you have the opportunity to save money - up to 95% on Workers Comp Group Rating Plan - you receive industry news, product reviews, and both State and National organizational efforts advocating in their respective political arenas that protect our industries interests.

Membership in the BIA is classified in to two basic groups - Builders, and Associates. Upon approval of your membership by our Board of Trustees, we ill advise both the NAHB and the OHBA of your acceptance. Once they have been informed, you are entitled to all of the benefits and activities of all three organizations.

Membership dues are $340 per year - with a first time joining fee of $25. These fees will be due annually to maintain your membership in the BIA of NCO.
